About this Act
An Act to provide for the reorganisation of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu and for matters connected therewith.
The benefit or burden of any assets or liabilities of the Union in
connection with the governance of the existing Union territory not dealt with in the foregoing provisions
of this Part shall be retained by the Union for the purposes of the governance of the Union territory of
Daman and Diu.
