Meetings of Authority.

About this Act
An Act to supplement the provisions of the Constitution relating to the Legislative Assembly and a Council of Ministers for the National Capital Territory of Delhi and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
1[45F. Meetings of Authority. -- (1) The Authority shall meet at such time and place as the MemberSecretary may decide with approval of the Chairperson of the Authority, as and when so required.
(2) The Chairperson of the Authority shall preside over the meetings of the Authority.
(3) The quorum for the meeting of the Authority shall be of two Members.]
