About this Act
An Act to supplement the provisions of the Constitution relating to the Legislative Assembly and a Council of Ministers for the National Capital Territory of Delhi and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
The accounts of the Capital shall be kept in such form as
the Lieutenant Governor may, after obtaining advice of the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India and
with the approval of the President, prescribe by rules.]
