About this Act
An Act to provide for Legislative Assemblies and Councils of Ministers for certain Union territories and for certain other matters.
1[48B. Form of accounts of the Union territory.--The accounts of the Union territory shall be kept in
such form as the Administrator may, after obtaining advice of the Comptroller and Auditor-General of
India and with the approval of the President, prescribe by rules.]
