Power to remove difficulties.

About this Act
An Act to declare the institution known as the Hindi Sahitya Sammelan having its head office at Allahabad to be an institution of national importance and to provide for its incorporation and matters connected therewith.
If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this
Act, the Central Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, make such provision or give
such directions not inconsistent with the purposes of this Act, as appears to it to be necessary or expedient
for removing the difficulty.
