About this Act
An Act to declare the institution known as the Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy to be an institution of national importance and to provide for its incorporation and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto
For the purpose of enabling the Institute to discharge its
functions efficiently under this Act, the Central Government may, after due appropriation made by
Parliament by law in this behalf, pay to the Institute such sums of money and in such manner as it
may think fit.
