The Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy Act, 2018
About this Act
An Act to declare the institution known as the Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy to be an institution of national importance and to provide for its incorporation and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto
The Institute shall prepare for every year a report of its activities during that
year and submit the report to the Central Government in such form and on or before such date as may
be provided by the Statutes and a copy of this report shall be laid before both Houses of Parliament
within one month of its receipt.
