Payment of part of fees to Council.

About this Act
An Act to regulate veterinary practice and to provide, for that purpose, for the establishment of a Veterinary Council of India and State Veterinary Councils and the maintenance of registers of the veterinary practitioners and for matters connected therewith.
The State Veterinary Council shall, before the end of June
in each year, pay to the Council a sum equivalent to one-fourth of the total fees realised by the State
Veterinary Council under this Act during the period of twelve months ending on the 31st day of March of
that year.
