About this Act

An Act to provide for the constitution and regulation of an armed force of the Union for ensuring the security of the borders of India and for matters connected therewith.

All sections
    A Force Court may award in addition to, or without, any other punishment, the punishment specified in clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 51, or any one or more of the punishments specified in clauses (f) to (n) (both inclusive) of that sub-section.
