Power for Central Government to define tidal water.
About this Act
An Act to consolidate the enactments relating to Inland Vessels.
The 1[Central Government] may, by
notification in the Official Gazette, define how much of any tidal water shall be deemed to be an inland
water for the purposes of this Act.
