About this Act
An Act to provide for the taking over of the management of the Lalit Kala Akadami for a limited period in the public interest and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
(1) This Act may be called the Lalit Kala Akadami (Taking Over
of Management) Act, 1997.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 24th day of January, 1997.
