About this Act
An Act for declaring the local extent of certain Enactments, and for other purposes.
The Acts mentioned in the first schedule hereto annexed
are now in force 1[in the whole of India except 2[the territories which, immediately before the
1st November, 1956, were comprised in Part B States] and] the Scheduled Districts.
