Power to remove difficulties.

About this Act
An Act to provide for the reorganisation of the existing State of Madhya Pradesh and for matters connected therewith.
(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of
this Act, the President may, by order, do anything not in consistent with such provisions which appears to
him to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty:
Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of three years from the appointed day.
(2) Every order made under this section shall be laid, before each House of Parliament.
