Power to remove difficulties.
The Manipur Land Revenue and Land Reforms Act, 1960
About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to land revenue in the Union territory of Manipur and to provide for certain measures of land reform.
If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any provision of this
Act, the Government may, as occasion requires, take any action not inconsistent with the provisions of
this Act which may appear to it necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
