Compensation for prohibition of erection or re-erection.

About this Act
An Act to provide for constitution and organisation of municipalities in the Urban areas of Manipur and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.
Subject to any other provision in
this Act as regard compensation, no compensations shall be claimable by an owner for any damage which
he may sustain in consequence of the prohibition of the erection of any building.
