Penalty for placing rubbish on public road.

About this Act
An Act to provide for constitution and organisation of municipalities in the Urban areas of Manipur and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.
Any person who places or allows to place
rubbish on a public road or in a receptacle provided by the municipality at a time other than the time
appointed by the municipality under sub-section (1) of section 150 shall, for every such offence, be
punishable with fine not exceeding five hundred rupees.
