About this Act
An Act to provide for constitution and organisation of municipalities in the Urban areas of Manipur and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.
No appeal under
section 196 or section 197 shall be dismissed or allowed partly or wholly, unless reasonable opportunity
of showing cause or being heard has been given to the parties.
