Incorporation of Nagar Panchayat.

About this Act
An Act to provide for constitution and organisation of municipalities in the Urban areas of Manipur and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.
A Nagar Panchayat shall be a body corporate by its name,
having a perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property and
to contract, and shall sue and be sued in its name.
