An Act to provide for constitution and organisation of municipalities in the Urban areas of Manipur and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.
The mode of procedure and system of tax on the land
and holdings will be such as may be prescribed by the rules to be framed by Government from time to
time in this behalf.
