Removal of difficulties.

About this Act
An Act to provide for the constitution and organisation of Panchayats as units of local self-Government in the rural areas of Manipur and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.
If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act,
the Government, may by order, published in the Official Gazette as the occasion may require, do anything
which appears to it to be necessary to remove the difficulty.
