An Act to provide for the regulation of fishing by foreign vessels in certain maritime zones of India and for matters connected therewith.

All sections
    Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1973), every offence punishable under this Act shall be cognizable.
