About this Act
An Act to provide for the construction of works relating to metro railways in the metropolitan cities and for matters connected therewith.
Every metro railway administration may,
with the previous approval of the Central Government, sell or otherwise dispose of any land vested in the
Central Government under the provisions of this Act when such land is no longer required for the
purposes of the metro railway.
