About this Act
An Act to provide for the operation and maintenance and to regulate the working of the metro railway in the National Capital Region, metropolitan city and metropolitan area and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.
The metro railway administration may use its premises,
lands, buildings, posts, bridges, structures, vehicles, rolling stock and other property for displaying
commercial advertisements and for that purpose may erect or construct or fix any hoardings, billboards,
show cases, and such other things for the display of posters or other publicity materials.
