About this Act
An Act to provide for the operation and maintenance and to regulate the working of the metro railway in the National Capital Region, metropolitan city and metropolitan area and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.
If any person wilfully obstructs or prevents
any metro railway official in the discharge of his duties, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a
term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
