Protection of action taken in good faith.
The Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957
About this Act
An Act to provide for the development and regulation of mines and minerals under the control of the Union.
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall
lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
