Right of auditor to attend general meeting.

About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to co-operative societies, with objects not confined to one State and serving the interests of members in more than one State, to facilitate the voluntary formation and democratic functioning of co-operative s as peoples institutions based on self-help and mutual aid and to enable them to promote their economic and social betterment and to provide functional autonomy and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
All notices of, and other communications relating
to, any general meeting of a multi-State co-operative society, which any member of the multi-State cooperative
society is entitled to have sent to him, shall also be forwarded to the auditor of the multi-State
co-operative society; and the auditor shall be entitled to attend any general meeting and to be heard at any
general meeting which he attends on any part of the business which concerns him as auditor.
