Presentation of claims.

About this Act
An Act to provide for the appointment of a Manager on behalf of the Secretary of State of the properties of the Nawab Bahadur or Murshidabad and define the powers and duties of the Manager.
Every such claimant shall, along with his claim, present to the
Manager full particulars thereof, together with all documents on which he relies in support thereof, and the
Manager may refuse to receive in evidence on the claimants behalf at the investigation of the claim any
document not so presented.
