Vacancies, etc., not to invalidate acts and proceedings of the Corporation.

About this Act
An Act to provide for the incorporation and regulation of a corporation for the purpose of planning and promoting programmes for the production, processing, marketing, storage, export and import of agricultural produce, foodstuffs industrial goods, livestock, certain other commodities and services on co-operative principles and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
No act or
proceeding of 1[the General Council, the Board or any of the committees of the Corporation] shall be
invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy among its members or any defect in the
constitution thereof.
