Eligibility of member for reappointment.

About this Act
An Act to provide for the constitution of an Authority for the development, maintenance and management of national highways and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
Subject to the other terms and conditions of service
as may be prescribed, any person ceasing to be a member shall be eligible for reappointment as such
member.
