About this Act
An Act to establish a bank to be known as the National Housing Bank to operate as a principal agency to promote housing finance institutions both at local and regional levels and to provide financial and other support to such institutions and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
1[32. Duty of housing finance institutions to furnish statements, etc., under this Chapter.-- Every
housing finance institution which is a company shall furnish the statements, information or particulars
called for by the National Housing Bank or the Reserve Bank, as the case may be, and shall comply with
any direction given to it under the provisions of this Chapter.]
