An Act to provide for the registration of qualified persons and for the rendering of national service by such persons and for matters connected therewith.

All sections
    Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (5 of 1898), every offence punishable under this Act shall be tried summarily.
