Brothers and minor sons.
About this Act
An Act to define the rights of Taluqdárs and others in certain estates in Oudh, and to regulate the succession thereto.
In the case of brothers and minor sons of the deceased, the
maximum amount of the annuity shall be a sum not more than 1,200 rupees.
Nephews.— In the case of nephews of the deceased, being father less minors, the maximum amount of the annuity shall be a sum not more than 600 rupees.
