Saving of rights of creditors.
About this Act
An Act to define the rights of Taluqdárs and others in certain estates in Oudh, and to regulate the succession thereto.
Nothing hereinbefore contained shall affect any right which the
creditors of any person making a transfer or bequest under the provisions of this Act, would have
possessed as against the property comprised in such transfer or bequest if this Act had not been passed.
