About this Act
An Act to Consolidate and amend the Law relating to the Partition of Estates paying Revenue to Government in the North-Western Provinces of the Presidency of Fort William in Bengal.
From every decision passed under the last preceding section
by a District Court, a special appeal shall lie to the Sadr Court, under the rules for the time being in
force relating to special appeals to that Court.
