About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to the Courts of Small Causes established in the Presidency-towns.
The Small
Cause Court shall comply with such requisitions as may, from time to time, be made by the State
Government or High Court for records, returns and statements in such form and manner as such
Government or Court, as the case may be, thinks fit.
