Saving of operation of certain enactments.
The Probation of Offenders Act, 1958
About this Act
An Act to provide for the release of offenders on probation or after due admonition and for matters connected therewith.
Nothing in this Act shall affect the provisions of
section 31 of the Reformatory Schools Act, 1897 (8 of 1897), or sub-section (2) of section 5 of the
Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947 (2 of 1947), 1
* * * or of any law in force in any State relating to
juvenile offenders or Borstal Schools.
