About this Act

An Act to provide for the punishment of public gambling and the keeping of common gaming house in the United Provinces East Punjab, Delhi1[and the Central Provinces].

All sections
    Nothing in the foregoing provisions of this Act contained shall be held to apply to any game of mere skill wherever played.
