Recovery and application of fines.
About this Act
An Act to provide for the punishment of public gambling and the keeping of common gaming house in the United Provinces East Punjab, Delhi1[and the Central Provinces].
All fines imposed under this Act may be recovered in the
manner prescribed by section 61 of the 1Code of Criminal Procedure 2
