Power to remove difficulties.

About this Act
An Act to provide for restructuring of the iron and steel companies in the public sector so as to secure better management and greater efficiency in their working and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this
Act, the Central Government may, by order, published in the Official Gazette, make such provisions, not
inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appears to it to be necessary, for the removal of the
difficulty:
Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of three years from the appointed day.
