Collection of rents of undivided property.

An Act to amend the Law relating to the Tenancy of Land in the Punjab.
When two or more persons are landlord of a tenant
in respect of the same tenancy, the tenant shall not be bound to pay part of the rent of his tenancy to one
of those persons and part to another
