About this Act
An Act to establish and incorporate a teaching and affiliating University in the State of Arunachal Pradesh and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
The constitution, powers and functions of other
authorities, as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University, shall be prescribed
by the Statutes.
