About this Act
An Act to establish and declare an institution to be known as the Rashtriya Raksha University as an institution of national importance and to provide for its incorporation and matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
The Pro Vice-Chancellor of the University shall be appointed in such
manner, on such emoluments and other conditions of service and shall exercise such powers and perform
such duties, as may be laid down in the Statutes.
