About this Act
An Act to provide for the establishment of Tribunals for expeditious adjudication and recovery of debts due to banks and financial institutions and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
1[22A. Uniform procedure for conduct of proceedings. --The Central Government may, for the
purpose of this Act, by rules, lay down uniform procedure consistent with the provisions of this Act for
conducting the proceedings before the Tribunals and Appellate Tribunals.]
