An Act to provide for the development under the control of the Union of the rubber industry.

    1[8A. Power of the Board to import rubber for sale, or to purchase rubber, in the internal market.--It shall be lawful for the Board with the previous approval of the Central Government to import rubber for sale, or to purchase rubber, in the internal market at such prices as the Central Government may fix.]
