About this Act
An Act to provide for the constitution and regulation of an armed force of the Union for ensuring the security of the borders of India and for matters connected therewith.
Where a sentence of imprisonment is directed to be undergone
in a civil prison, the convict may be kept in Force custody or in any other fit place till such time as it is
possible to send him to a civil prison.
