The School of Planning and Architecture Act, 2014
About this Act
An Act to establish and declare Schools of Planning and Architecture as Institutions of national importance in order to promote education and research in architectural studies including planning of human settlements.
The provisions of
the Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005) shall apply to each School, as if it were a public
authority defined in clause (h) of section 2 of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
