About this Act

An Act to provide for the protection of semiconductor integrated circuits layout-designs and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

All sections
    No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act.
