An Act to repeal the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985.

    (1) This Act may be called the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Repeal Act, 2003.
     (2) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
