About this Act

An Act to give effect to the Agreement for the establishment of South Asian University and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

All sections
    The authorities of the University may make bye-laws consistent with this Act, the Statutes and the Regulations for the conduct of their own business and not provided for by this Act, the Statutes or the Regulations, in the manner as may be prescribed by Statutes.
