An Act to provide for the establishment of the State of Himachal Pradesh and for matters connected therewith.

All sections
    In the House of the People to be constituted after the appointed day, there shall be allotted four seats to the State of Himachal Pradesh of which one seatshall be reserved for the Scheduled Castes.
